2011 Asia Pacific Military Nursing Symposium
Members of the military nursing community in the Pacific religion gathered at the Pullman King Power Hotel in Bangkok Thailand on Aug. 1 for the start of the five-day 2011 Asia Pacific Military Nursing Symposium, which is sponsored by Pacific Command and executed under the direction of 13th Air Force. This is the fifth year of the symposium, which started at Hickam Air force Base in 2007, and the first time that Thailand has hosted the event. 2011 Civilian Nurse of the Year
Lt. Gen. (Dr.) Charles B. Green, Air Force Surgeon General and Chief Master Sergeant Charlie Cole, Chief, Medical Enlisted Force along with over 400 attendees at the 2012 Executive Leadership Symposium honored Mrs. Julia Crissinger, a Registered Nurse, in the Family Health Clinic at Lakenheath AB, England on the occasion of her awarding as the 2011 Civilian Nurse of the Year.
