More than 30 members of the Kentucky Air National Guard’s 123rd Civil Engineer Squadron set up hospital beds and clinical space at the Kentucky Fair and Exposition Center in Louisville, Kentucky, April 13, 2020. The site, which became operational around April 15, serves as an Alternate Care Facility for patients suffering from COVID-19 if area hospitals exceed available capacity.
