Space Force Medical Special Experience Identifier

The process is ongoing to establish SEIs for Airmen serving in medical roles that directly support U.S. Space Force operations.

The primary objective to formally recognize the distinctive skills and operational experience acquired by medical Airmen supporting USSF missions is to enhance career development pathways, improve precision in matching assignments, and acknowledge specialized contributions of medical professionals.

This is being done in collaboration with MAJCOM Functional Managers, Career Field Managers, and Force Managers to identify and validate the unique qualifications that qualify for SEI designation.
