Eielson OST integrates fitness wearables into its program

A U.S. Air Force member from the 354th Security Forces Squadron lifts weights during an OST fitness session November 7, 2023 at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska. The OST is a multidisciplinary medical team of active duty and civilian personnel that temporarily embeds with operational units on base to address musculoskeletal and mental health injuries, with a focus on preventative health.
