A bleeding control station stands newly mounted in the hallway of a 173rd Maintenance Group building at Kingsley Field in Klamath Falls, Oregon, and is an effort to increase readiness in response to Oregon Governor’s Resilience 2025 plan to make state agencies more ready for a natural disaster, Sept. 26, 2019. Each kit contains eight separate sub-kits designed to staunch bleeding or open a blocked airway and include a litter for incapacitated victims. (U.S. Air National Guard photo by Master Sgt.
