Awareness raised through Black Eye Campaign

Master Sgt. Navon Martin, Mental Health Clinic flight chief receives a faux black eye and neck trauma on Oct. 26 during the Black Eye Campaign at Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center on Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas. During the campaign, volunteers simulated a black eye or other sign of trauma to see who would ask them about their “injury” in an effort to raise awareness of domestic violence.
