The Hillberg Ski Area opens its doors Dec. 1, 2017 at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, for patrons with base access to ski, snowboard and tube. Hillberg created their own snow and provided skiers and snowboarders a dual chairlift, sledding tow and handle tow.
