NCIS hosts forensic training for base and local law enforcement

Participants receive instructions from Special Agent Rachel Clergy, Naval Criminal Investigative Service forensic consultant, during a clandestine grave and human remains recovery training at Joint Base Charleston, S.C., Nov. 14, 2017. The training was the first evolution of its kind to be offered by the NCIS and was open to base, local law enforcement and local county coroner offices.
