Cullen Babcock, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam’s 15th Aerospace Medicine Squadron, conducts an eye exam on a Cambodian Buddhist monk during Pacific Angel 16-2 June 14, 2016, in Kampot Province, Cambodia.
