Airman Basic Wellington Cooksey, basic medical technician corpsman program student, practices the bag valve mask on an simulated apneic patient Dec. 17, 2015, at the Medical Education and Training Campus on Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The technical training student is assigned to the new 59th Training Group. The 59th TRG supports military medical service and medical readiness training for the approximately 12,100 students who train annually at the METC. The unit also supports training and evaluation programs at two operating locations, one detachment and 17 sites around the world
