Emergency Medical Services paramedic

Staff Sgt. Matthew Gray, a 59th Medical Wing Emergency Medical Services paramedic, performs an operations check on the Perfuser Space Infusion Pump System Sept. 23, 2015, at the Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center, Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland. The 59th MDW Emergency Medical Services is the first in the Air Force to use the pumps to administer IV medications to patients on board ambulances.
