U.S. Air Force Maj. (Dr.) Scott Phillips practices a surgical procedure during an Emergency War Surgery Course Feb. 11, 2015 at the Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center, JBSA-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas.
