An innocent dream born from chaos

U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Arjune Haynes, 633rd Medical Operations Squadron cardiopulmonary services assistant noncommissioned officer in charge, top right, treats a patient during his deployment to Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan, 2009. Of the eight years Haynes has spent in the Air Force, he said his best experience was taking care of U.S. Service members who had gotten injured outside the wire.
