U.S.-JASDF medevac training

U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Paul Deguzman, an inspector from Pacific Forces Headquarters, acts as a patient during C-12 medical evacuation training at Kadena Air Base, Japan, Sept. 24, 2014. Deguzman was part of a team sent to observe the training and provide quality assurance. Three members of the Japan Air Self-Defense Force also viewed the training, flying with the 459th Airlift Squadron from Yokota Air Base, Japan to Kadena to observe the capability.
