Tech. Sgt. Jason Caswell, a 19th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron crew chief, along with his wife, Tami, walk hand-in-hand to the preparation room for his operation Oct. 17, 2014, at Baptist Health Medical Center, Little Rock, Ark.
