Reality check for Dyess Airmen

Joe McCluan, a firefighter and paramedic from Orlando, Fla., puts a neck brace on U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Joseph Garcia, 317th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, during a briefing Sept. 18, 2013, at the base theater on Dyess Air Force Base, Texas. McCluan is the Assistant Director of the program Stay Alive from Education, better known as S.A.F.E.
