RAMSTEIN AIR BASE, Germany – Capt. Sjaane Hilligehekken, Royal Netherlands air force flight surgeon, enjoys some conversation with one of the attendees of the 29th Annual Aerospace Medicine Summit and NATO Science and Technology Organization Technical Course at the Hercules Theater here March 10, 2014. Hilligehekken joined more than 170 medical professionals from 16 nations at the summit, a joint effort between the U.S. Air Force’s in Europe-Air Forces Africa Surgeon General’s office and NATO to share information in the aerospace medical world and build relationships with international partners.
