Cadet 1st Class Staci Rouse of Cadet Squadron 13 is congratulated by Lt. Col John Oskvarek, T-53A instructor pilot assigned to the 70th Flying Training Squadron, after Rouse performed the first solo flight by a cadet in the T-53A trainer at the Academy airfield in September 2012.
