U.S.-Iraqi Medical Training Facility opens at JBB

Col. Mark Koeniger, 332nd Expeditionary Medical Group commander; Brig. Gen. Craig Franklin, 332nd Air Expeditionary Wing commander; Mr. Ahmed Al-Krayen, acting Governor of Sala Al Din; and Mr. David Stewart, Provincial Reconstruction Team leader, cut the ribbon at the opening of the U.S.-Iraqi Medical Training Facility at Joint Base Balad, Iraq, May 15, 2010. The facility will provide a safe environment for U.S. medics to conduct civil military engagements with Iraqi healthcare professionals.
