Groundbreaking

59th Medical Wing leaders and guests break ground for the new Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center on April 20, 2011 at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas. Construction on the first wing of the ASC is scheduled to begin in July 2011 with completion projected in 2015. The current Wilford Hall Medical Center building will be demolished after the new ASC is complete and fully operational. Pictured from left to right are Chief Master Sgt. Richard Robinson, Brig. Gen.
