The evolution of aeromedical evacuation capabilities help deployed medicine take flight
Medical personnel prepare Corporal Richard Ramirez, a member of the 1st Marine Division, for medical evacuation by a C-141B Starlifter aircraft from Al-Jubail Airport to Germany for treatment of chest wounds sustained during Operation DESERT STORM.
