The featured speaker for this event is Carol Fisher, Col, USAF, BSC. Colonel Fisher is the Public Health Division Chief in the Defense Health Agency (DHA). In this capacity, she oversees four Branches (Deployment Health, Immunization Healthcare, Veterinary Services, and Health Surveillance) and is responsible for strategic planning, analysis of additional product lines, and issuance of standardized public health guidance. Colonel Fisher has served in a variety of settings to include hospitals, clinics, the Air Force Medical Operations and Support Agencies within the Office of the Air Force Surgeon General, the Department of the Army Office of the Surgeon General, TRICARE Health Service Region 10, and the US Air Forces Europe and Air Mobility Command Offices of the Command Surgeon.
