Fightin' 55th members deliver smiles to Omaha's Children's Hospital and Medical Center

Volunteers from the Fightin’ 55th Wing at Offutt AFB, NE pose for a group photo inside the lobby of the Children’s Hospital and Medical Center in Omaha, NE, Nov. 20. The members visited with patients and delivered over 90 stuffed animals on behalf of the Air Force Sergeants Association, Chapter 984. The special Noah’s Ark Workshop animals included 64 monkeys, puppy dogs, bears and cows that were assembled by Offutt members. These animals included an internal pouch where patients could place a star after making a wish. All of the animals were made available through donations to Chapter 984 of the AFSA.
