Brig. Gen. O'Toole retires from Air Force

Brig. Gen. (Dr.) Charles L. O’Toole, mobilization assistant to the Air Force deputy surgeon general, retired from the Air Force in a ceremony led by Maj. Gen. (Dr.) Charles B.
