About Us

USAF Hospital Langley is supported by the medical professionals of the 633d Medical Group. The group's 1,400 personnel maintain a full-service, 60-bed hospital providing inpatient, outpatient and emergent care.

As part of the Tidewater eMSM, the facility shares services and resources with McDonald Army Community Health Center, Hampton Veterans Administration (VA) Medical Center, and Portsmouth Naval Medical Center.

Primary Care services of the facility include: Family Medicine, Flight Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Women’s Health.
