All Pharmacies will be closed on Monday, 21 January 2018 in observance of  Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

Effective 15 Apr 2018 - In order to protect our patient's privacy, the patient's full  name, the patient's date of birth, and names(s) of medication(s) must be provided in order to pick up refill(s) at the MacDill Drive-Thru Refill Pharmacy.  

Training Day Closure: All pharmacies will be closed on the 4th Monday of each month, from 0700 until 1300 for Medical Readiness Training.  Next scheduled Training Day is  28 January 2019.

In order to serve our patients more efficiently, effective Monday, 3 Dec 2018, PharmaCARE Pharmacy's cut off time for processing same-day pick-up prescriptions will be 1600. Any prescriptions dropped off after 1600 will be ready for pick up the following business day after 1000. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for your patience.

Main Pharmacy: Located at MacDill Clinic, 3250 Zemke Ave., MacDill AFB, FL. This is where new or renewed prescriptions are processed (when seen by a provider in the clinic).  Hours of operation: M-F 0730-1630  


 PharmaCare: Located at 7101 Kingfisher St., MacDill AFB, FL (Next to Burger King), this is where we process all downtown hard copy scripts and e-RX’s (electronic prescriptions).   Hours of operation: M-F 0830-1700


 Refill Center (Drive-Thru): Also located at 7101 Kingfisher St., MacDill AFB, FL (Next to Burger King), this is the refill center. Whenever a patient has a refill, it must be called in and picked up through our Drive-Thru or at the Brandon Clinic.   Hours of operation: M-F 0830-1700 & Saturday 0900-1200 (pick-up only).


 Brandon Pharmacy: Located at Brandon Clinic, 220 Grand Regency Blvd., Brandon, FL, our Brandon Pharmacy processes all new or renewed prescriptions for patients who are seen by Brandon Clinic providers. This is also an alternate pick-up location for all called-in refills.  Hours of operation: M-F 0730-1630


*Refill vs Renewal*
A Refill is only on a medication that is currently being taken within the prescription year. A Renewal is when your prescription has expired and you must schedule with your doctor to have the medication reactivated or changed. Prescription Transfers:
MacDill AFB pharmacy will transfer prescriptions for all medications to the MacDill AFB pharmacy from any civilian or military pharmacy upon request.
