Local Clinic Information

Wright-Patterson Medical Center allows patients to schedule and coordinate appointments in three manners. Patients may log into TRICARE Online via www.tricareonline.com to schedule primary care and select specialty clinic appointments. Patients may also call the Wright-Patterson Medical Center Access to Care Line at (937) 522-2778 to speak with an Appointment Line Representative. Lastly, patients who are enrolled in TOL Patient Portal Secure Messaging can coordinate with their provider team to request an appointment at https://app.relayhealth.com/.

Make An Appointment

For any care that your primary care manager does not provide, such as urgent, routine, preventative, mental health, and specialty care, you will need a referral from your PCM. Find out more about how to obtain the necessary referral and authorization.

Online Appointing

You can book appointments online if you're:

  • A registered user on the TOL Secure Web Portal
  • Booking an appointment at a military hospital or clinic

  • Get up to three email or text message reminders about scheduled appointments
