Services include treatment for individuals and groups who have been evaluated and diagnosed with substance abuse or dependence. We assist participants to attain and maintain sobriety, utilize support networks, and to change self-destructive behavioral patterns. This service is active duty only.

About us: BOMC provides services for active duty personnel. Services provided include: Preventive Health Assessments consisting of annual flight physicals and Occupational Health Exams. Also provided are Medical Standards and Evaluations functions to include: overseas clearances; medical review for security clearances; Separation History and Physical Exam, 422 for retraining, PCS and PME, Initial Flying Class physicals, and Profile (469) review and coordination. This service is active duty only.

About us: We provide dental services to active duty personnel only. Services include examinations, preventive and restorative dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, periodontics and limited oral surgery capabilities. Active duty personnel must receive a periodic dental examination to assess each member’s readiness status. Appointments for periodic dental examinations will be scheduled by the Dental Clinic and coordinated with the Unit Health Monitor who will inform each member of his/her pending appointment. First Sergeants and/or Commanders will be notified of all broken appointments. Identified treatment needs will be scheduled after the periodic dental examination. This service is active duty only.
About us: We provide support to military family members with special needs. The EFMP Office medically clears all active duty family members requesting travel during a Permanent Change-of-Station. We ensure availability of medical and/or mental health care at all gaining bases, as well as dental and educational services for all overseas assignments. EFMP also assists families with case management and/or care coordination for all EFMP and humanitarian reassignment requests.
About us: Tyndall’s Family Advocacy team helps build healthier families and create more resilient and responsive communities. Programs center upon prevention and outreach, treatment, victim advocacy, and research. Family advocacy is the primary office for preventing and treating family maltreatment involving active duty members and their families.

About us: We provide routine immunizations on a walk-in basis, limited to support against influenza, hepatitis A/B, tetanus/TDAP/TD, polio, varicella, MMR, pneumonia, HPV, meningitis and tuberculosis testing/PPD. Japanese encephalitis, rabies, typhoid and anthrax are also available, if required. This service is active duty only.

About us: We collect and test patient specimens upon authorized request from your primary care manager. Test results are returned directly to the ordering PCM. Your PCM will contact you if the results are abnormal. This service is open to all beneficiaries to include active duty family members, retirees, and retiree family members.
About us: The Mental Health Flight, comprised of the Mental Health Clinic, the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment Program and the Family Advocacy Program, provides a variety of services to active duty personnel. Services are intended to bolster resilience to daily stressors and provide treatment for emotional and behavioral concerns as needed. Active duty personnel routinely seek mental health care for post-traumatic stress disorder, alcohol and drug abuse concerns, depression, anxiety, stress management, anger management, improving relationships, parenting advice and learning effective strategies for managing the normal “ups and downs” of life. Persons engaged in mental health services can expect to have their privacy maintained while receiving professional, competent, individualized treatment within a respectful and caring environment. This service is active duty only.
About us: The Operational Medicine Clinic provides medical care to active duty members only. Services include diagnoses and treatment of acute illness, chronic disease management, physical exams, and preventive health care, health promotion, patient education, and gynecology to include preventive screenings, family planning and birth control, diagnoses and treatment of routine gynecological problems. This service is active duty only.
About us: We offer routine eye care to active duty personnel. Appointments can be made by calling the central appointment line at 1-850-283-2778 (APPT) or on TRICARE Online. This service is active duty only.
About us: We conduct preventive medicine and communicable disease control, occupational health, food safety, deployment medicine, and disaster response programs.
About us: We provide services to include: routine X-rays; ultrasonography; and fluoroscopy and mammography. If you need copies of radiographic studies, you should report to the Radiology front desk. Copies of your digital images will be provided on disc. This service is open to all beneficiaries to include active duty family members, retirees, and retiree family members.
