About us: We provide quantitative fit testing services for chemical masks and workers requiring respiratory protection within their work areas. IAW AFI 48-137, chemical mask quantitative fit test (QNFT) is only required once per lifetime, upon arrival at the first permanent duty station or upon assignment to a unit type code. A fit test will be re-accomplished if a new size or type mask is issued, the wearer gains and losses of 10 percent or more body weight following completion of the initial fit test, or the wearer experiences extensive dental work, facial surgery, scarring, or disfigurement.

About us: Comprehensive dental care is provided for all active duty military personnel assigned to Scott Air Force Base. Dental specialties include: endodontics; prosthodontics; periodontics; oral surgery; and orthodontics. Orthodontic care is available on a very limited basis. Dental sick call is managed on an appointment basis. Periodic dental examinations are scheduled for active duty members through their unit health monitor. Follow-up appointments are made at the time of the periodic dental exam appointment or by calling the Dental Clinic. Treatment for dental emergencies, such as acute swelling, active bleeding, severe uncontrolled pain or trauma, during other than normal duty hours, can be accessed by calling us at the above number. Dental care for non-active duty personnel is extremely limited. Family members of active duty service members are strongly encouraged to enroll in the TRICARE Dental Program at www.tricaredentalprogram.com. Retirees and their family members are advised to enroll in a TRICARE program.

About us: We are a referral clinic for active duty personnel. Our chiropractor evaluates, diagnoses, and treats active duty members with spinal conditions such as back spasms, back pain, neck spasms, neck pain, sciatica, and disc herniation. The clinic also provides treatment for headaches, shoulder pain, arm pain, hip pain, leg pain and temporal mandibular joint disorders. Chiropractic care uses adjustments, which are specific manipulations to the joints of the spine, extremities and soft tissue to restore normal function. Your treatment may include: chiropractic adjustments; cox flexion distraction; physiotherapeutic modalities, such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, heat, ice, diathermy; nutritional counseling; education on exercises, running and ergonomics; kinesiotaping; gait analysis; instrument assisted soft tissue therapy; trigger point therapy; and myofascial release.

About us: We are a limited service laboratory performing basic testing within the subspecialties of chemistry, hematology, coagulation, microbiology, urinalysis, blood bank, and serology. Specialized tests, histopathology, and cytology specimens are shipped outside the facility to military and civilian reference laboratories. We provide support to medical group outpatient clinics and eligible beneficiaries. The laboratory does not provide results directly to patients. You can get your lab results over the phone or you can request copies of your results from the TRICARE Operations and Patient Administrations, Release of Information Department. The clinical laboratory supports the fight against cancer as a C.W. Bill Young, Department of Defense National Marrow Donor Registration Site. The Women’s Health Clinic provides care for general health issues for women of all ages. They specialize in comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care while promoting women’s health and wellness in every stage of life-from adolescence, through childbearing years, menopause and beyond. We provide a wide array of specialty services from routine annual screenings and preventative health education to invasive and minimally invasive surgical procedures. We treat infertility, abnormal bleeding, and endometriosis, among other conditions. About us: Scott Physical Therapy is both a direct-access and referral clinic meaning patients can self-refer or receive a referral from a medical provider. The clinic only sees active duty personnel. We evaluate and treat neuromusculoskeletal injuries including spine, joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments, nerves, and balance issues. Some specialized treatments available are spinal and peripheral joint manipulation and mobilization, soft tissue mobilization, trigger point dry needling, kinesiotaping, temporomandibular joint disorder treatment, and functional rehabilitation. We also provide sport enhancement through gait analysis, functional movement screening, and efficient running training. In addition to providing crutches for pre-operative conditions, post-operative care is also provided. Our post-operative care is designed to promote healing, reduce pain and swelling, restore joint mobility, flexibility and strength; focusing on functional and manual physical therapy treatment options. Patients are to wear gym attire to appointments to allow movement and access to the area being treated. About us: The Referral Management Center, or RMC, is a one-stop shop where patients go to process specialty referrals requested by their referring provider. The RMC can help set your military treatment facility specialty appointment. We can also assist you in the coordination of your off-site network provider if necessary. Additionally, the RMC can advise on health care benefits and review referrals. If you have been referred by your primary care manager to a sub-specialty clinic, the RMC will coordinate your initial appointment. Any follow up care needed will be made by the specialty clinic. If care cannot be provided on base, the RMC will defer you to one of our TRICARE Humana specialist medical providers. All routine network referrals have an expiration date, so please set your initial appointment before the referral time period ends. The RMC cannot renew, modify, or delete an unused, unwanted, or expired referral. All expired referrals must be renewed by calling your primary care manager.
