About us: We provide health risk assessment expertise to improve the health of Airmen. It ensures that the Air Force is in compliance with environmental, safety, and occupational health requirements by providing public awareness, concern, disclosure, and the recognition of risk analysis, communication, and management. The four general areas used are: industrial hygiene; environmental protection; radiation; and emergency response. Concerns can include but are not limited to: air quality; biological and chemical hazards; chemical protection; confined space hazards; drinking water; environmental sampling; industrial hygiene; musculoskeletal disorders; noise hazards; and Occupational Safety and Health Administration health standards.

About Us: We offer general dentistry to all active duty, active guard and reserve, and reservists on active orders. Our services include preventive dentistry and hygiene. We also provide prosthodontics, oral surgery, periodontics, and endodontics.

About us: We offer services for active duty personnel, dependents, government civilian employees, and military retirees. We currently employ three primary care managers that are each capable of seeing 18 to 20 patients per day, as well as Behavioral Health Outpatient services and mental health services. We offer a variety of staff support services, such as wound care, pregnancy tests, suture removals, and many more on a limited walk-in basis.

About us: Flight Medicine encompasses both patient care and Medical Standards. Patient care focuses on face-to-face visits, while Medical Standards completes all medical clearances for permanent change of station, retraining, separation and retirements, and Initial Flying Class physicals submitted via MyIMR. In addition, we facilitate Occupational Health Exams for a variety of base employees.

About us: We promote a healthy lifestyle by offering preventive and educational services that optimize health and wellness. We teach a variety of classes to include cooking, sleep, and stress management along with many other classes offered upon request to address any health concerns. We also have appointments with a registered dietitian and exercise physiologist available as needed.

About us: Our clinic offers routine and deployment vaccinations for most locations. Vaccines we do not carry are yellow fever, smallpox, and the rabies vaccine. These vaccines are available at our parent facility located on Peterson Air Force Base, Building 959. Vaccinations are available to all Department of Defense beneficiaries, including military retirees and civilians.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 to 11:15 and 12:30 to 4 p.m.
About us: Laboratory services are provided on a walk-in basis. We offer most routine laboratory testing that is ordered by a provider. If a laboratory draw cannot be collected in house, the technician will let you know and you will be referred to a different lab. Individual Medical Readiness labs such as HIV are also offered as a walk-in service.

About us: Our Mental Health section offers a variety of services to include psychotherapy, neuropsychological testing, pre and post-deployment services, limited ADAPT services, consultations, outreach, and prevention services. We also offer Behavioral Health Optimization Program, an embedded social worker or psychologist within the primary care clinic that delivers brief, behaviorally-based interventions which emphasize education, skill-building, self-management, and home-based strategies. Treatment is typically one to four sessions and can be initiated by request of the patient or the primary care manager.

About us: We schedule all appointments through the Peterson Air Force Base Physical Therapy Clinic. We provide the basic muscular rehabilitator clinic services. We have the capacity to see post-operation patients as well as more acute injuries. If there is a specific question or need for a patient and potential care, providers are welcome to share this with us so we can complete this. Some important services that we do not provide are same-day care, neurological care, such as nerve related injuries or afflictions, pediatric care, occupational therapy for hands and fingers, and pelvic floor issues.
