45th Medical Group Patient Advocate: Patients have the right to make recommendations, ask questions, or file complaints to the MTF Patient Advocate using provide contact information. If concerns are not adequately resolved, patients have the right to contact The Joint Commission at 1-800-994-6610 or https://www.jointcommission.org/report_a_complaint.aspx.

Each section has a patient advocate. Phone calls and emails go directly to the MDG Advocate and may be filtered to the particular section patient advocate.
