The BOMC initiative aims to improve the patient experience and streamline administrative health care processes by separating traditional clinical services from occupational medicine. BOMC facilitates practicing aerospace medicine in a way that mirrors the high reliability culture of aviation.

Bioenvironmental Engineering (BE) Flight provides Health Risk Assessment based on Occupational and Environmental Health Hazards throught out the installation. BE performs contingency operations and part of the emergency responders.
BE services are divided in four categores:
Occupational Health (OH), Environmental Health (EH), Radiation Health (RH) and Readiness operation.
OH: Routine workplace visits, hazardous noise and dosimetry assessments, respiratory and gas mask fit testing, thermal stress monitoring, ventilation assessments, HAZCOM evaluation.
EH: Drinking water analysis, indoor air quality
RH: Ionizing and non-Ionizing surveys.

The 51 st Dental Squadron provides comprehensive general dentistry and oral surgery specialty care for military members on Active Duty assigned to Osan Air Base. This includes general dentistry services with endodontic, periodontic and prosthodontic care supported by an in-house dental laboratory. Family members are offered appointments on a space available basis. Annual periodic exams and dental prophylaxis appointments are scheduled for active duty members via their Unit Health Monitors. During the initial appointment, if further care is needed, the next appointment is scheduled for most patients before they leave. After hours emergency care is also provided by an AF dentist and technician on-call. Referrals to US Army dental specialists may be necessary, which might require patient travel to Camp Humphreys or Yongsan Clinics.

The Clinical Laboratory Flight is a limited service laboratory performing basic testing within the subspecialties of Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Microbiology, Urinalysis, Blood Bank, and Serology. Specialized tests, histopathology, and cytology specimens are shipped outside the facility to military and civilian reference laboratories. The Clinical Laboratory Flight provides support to all MDG clinics and eligible beneficiaries.

Osan AB Medical Group has a fully functional 24-hour Emergency Department providing continuous emergent and urgent care to multiservice military beneficiaries. Emergency Services also provides ambulance response service to the base as well as transfer service to Host Nation Hospitals. The Emergency Services Team consists of Active Duty physicians, nurses and medical technicians along with Korean civilian medics. Our Korean medics are vital to our mission, serving as interpreters not only for our patients, but also to Host Nation facilities expediting patient care. An emergency is defined as an acute illness or injury that may pose a threat to life, limb or eyesight, result in unreasonable pain or suffering, requires immediate care or attention to ensure the best possible recovery.

Family Advocacy is the primary office for preventing and treating family maltreatment involving Active Duty members and their families. This program develops and provides programs and services to prevent, treat child, intimate partner and spouse maltreatment in all its forms. The mission of the Air Force Family Advocacy Program is to build healthy communities through implementing programs designed for the prevention and treatment of child and spouse maltreatment.
The Family Health Clinic serves command sponsored TRICARE beneficiaries. Our goal is to provide customers with quality, patient-centered care. Our staff includes active duty, civilian, and contract providers. Our providers are board certified family practice physicians, physician assistants, and family nurse practitioners.

General Surgery is a broad specialty that encompasses the surgical treatment of many diseases. Within the specialty, there are many sub-specialties which are all accessible to patients that require care of a sub-specialist. Examples of sub-specialties are colo-rectal surgery, minor-minimally invasive surgery and wound/ostomy services.
The Team Osan Immunizations Clinic offers vaccine services for active duty, retirees and family members to include deployment and travel vaccines. The Immunizations Clinic serves patients of all ages. Our staff of highly-skilled clinicians and technicians is trained to administer required and recommended immunizations and to maintain and track accurate records of immunizations provided. Walk-in immunizations are administered during normal duty hours.
Beneficiaries should bring in all immunization documentation when visiting the Osan Immunization Clinic for the first time or if immunizations were received from an outside facility.
The Immunizations Clinic is a walk-in clinic. Please note that patients may experience increased wait times depending on patient volume.
Internal Medicine clinic is a referral clinic meaning we need a referral from a Medical Provider. UC45The Internal Medicine Clinic is open to AD, retirees, beneficiaries, and dependants.

The Mental Health Flight is composed of three different services: Mental Health Clinic (MHC), Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment (ADAPT), and the Family Advocacy Program (FAP). Services are offered to active duty personnel and then to other beneficiaries on a space available basis. The Mental Health Clinic offers individual counseling and therapy services from licensed psychologists and social workers, and medication management by a psychiatrist. Registered dieticians and dietetic technicians at the Osan Clinic's Outpatient Nutrition Clinic are dedicated to serving our patients' diverse nutrition therapy needs. The clinic uses evidence-based Medical Nutrition Therapy to provide cutting-edge nutrition services to our active duty, dependent and retiree community. Please arrive 15 minutes early; keep in mind if you need x-rays while at the clinic, or if your physician does not have your outpatient record, you may incur extra waiting time. Bring these items with you, if possible.
The Pediatric Clinic provides your child with a compassionate health care team that specializes in his/her healthcare needs. We are qualified to provide a wide range of services for children from birth through age seventeen for Command Sponsored Tricare beneficiaries enrolled. Infants and young children need to see their doctors or nurse more often than older children and adults, especially when they are very young. It's important to make sure that you have all the information you need to help your child grow and develop, and to catch any problems as early as possible.
Osan Pharmacy provides medication dispensing operations along with highly skilled clinical pharmacy services. The outpatient dispensing has a wide range of medications available to support our beneficiaries. For any medication we do not have available the pharmacy staff can assist with either the non-formulary drug process or the Tri-Care Mail Order Prescription Program.
Clinical Pharmacy services include an Over-the-Counter (OTC) program, Tobacco Cessation, and Anticoagulation Management. We are located in the main lobby as soon as you enter the Medical Group.

Osan Physical Therapy does not require a referral from a Medical Provider.
Our Physical Therapists evaluate and treat neuromusculoskeletal injuries. These include spine, joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments, nerves, balance issues. Some specialized treatments available are spinal and peripheral joint manipulation, ASTYM (soft tissue technique), Therapeutic Dry Needling, Kinesiotaping, TMJD Treatment and functional rehabilitation.
We also provide sport enhancement through gait analysis, functional movement screening and efficient running training.
The therapists can provide measurements for MEBs and perform deployment screenings.

Radiology offers routine and emergency imaging services such as x-rays, CT Scans, and ultrasounds. Once your provider determines that you need an exam completed by the Radiology department, report to our reception desk located in the basement of the clinic.
Radiographs (x-rays) are accomplished on a walk-in basis.

Scope of Care:
The Osan AFB Veterinary Treatment Facility provides care and services to all active duty/retired military members.
We provide routine annual vaccinations, heartworm testing for dogs and feline leukemia testing for cats. Sick call examinations are seen for contagious diseases. The clinic also carries a variety of products from flea and tick control to heartworm prevention.
The Women's Health Clinic is a self-referral clinic that provides routine obstetrical and gynecological care to active duty military, retirees and their dependents. The clinic ensures optimal care for patients with obstetrical, gynecological, and women's health care issues/illness from adolescence throughout the reproductive years and beyond.
An OB/GYN physician, women’s health nurse practitioners and a certified nurse midwife provides routine obstetrical and gynecological care including annual well women exams, contraceptive counseling, and evaluation and treatment of minor gynecologic problems.
