If medical care is needed when the clinic is closed, patients can call the MHS Nurse Advice Line 24/7 to talk to a registered NAL nurse who can answer urgent care questions and provide medical advice at 1-800-TRICARE, option 1. TRICARE Prime Active Duty members require prior authorization before urgent care visits, which can be obtained through the NAL. In the event of an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
