Resolve a concern

We are committed to providing patients with the fundamental right to considerate care that safeguards their personal dignity and respects their cultural, psychosocial, and spiritual values. A Customer Service Representative has been designated for each clinic to help each and every patient with policies, procedures, compliments, complaints, and suggestions.  The Patient Advocate is available at 402-232-9392

Compliments and suggestions can be submitted in person at the place of service, or online through the DoD Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE) system at https://go.usa.gov/xUJgY

Patients have the right to make recommendations, ask questions, or file complaints to the MTF Patient Advocate . If concerns are not adequately resolved, patients have the right to contact The Joint Commission at 1-800-994-6610 or https://www.jointcommission.org/report_a_complaint.aspx
