To better serve you, the 366 MDG pharmacy is currently upgrading its capabilities. Although we do not stock every drug, our formulary is very robust and is designed to meet the majority of our beneficiaries' prescription needs. We realize that you, as a TRICARE beneficiary, have a choice as to where you have your prescription filled. Our goal is to provide a superior level of customer service so that we become your pharmacy of choice. We look forward to serving you.
Patients must activate their prescriptions with pharmacy staff prior to prescriptions being filled. Patients can activate prescriptions either in person or over the phone. You can reach the pharmacy staff at 208-828-6947, option 4. Please be advised when the line connects, there is no audible tone on the caller's line, but the call is connected to the Pharmacy. Hard copy prescriptions presented after 4:30 p.m. will be ready for the following duty day.
All refill requests must be called in to the automated refill line 208-828-6947 or toll-free at 1-800-446-8980. Refills take two duty days to process if called in prior to 3 p.m. provided the medication is available. If the refill is phoned in after 3 p.m. it will be ready after 12 p.m. on the third duty day. If your prescription number starts with "S," it is considered a special order medication. The pharmacy asks that you call that medication in 7 to 10 days prior to running out, to allow time to process, order and fulfill the refill.
