About us: Our mission is to keep our members medically fit and mission capable. Our primary care manager teams are assigned squadrons for better continuity and familiarization. They meet with the Squadrons leadership periodically to discuss non mission capable airmen and what treatment plan works best. We offer sick call hours in the morning for new, minor injuries or infectious concerns. Patients can also schedule routine appointments, follow ups or review results, as well as administrative needs.
About us: In an effort to promote readiness, health and wellness, ADAPT provides comprehensive services to individuals, in coordination with their commanders, who are experiencing problems attributed to substance abuse or misuse. ADAPT provides service for all active duty personnel with alcohol or drug problems. The ADAPT staff is available for presenting information and participating in outreach activities upon request. The three methods of referral: self-identification; commander’s identification; and medical referral.

About us: We help build healthier families and create more resilient and responsive communities. Our programs center upon prevention and outreach, treatment, victim advocacy, and research. We have a new parent support program, which is voluntary for expectant parents and families with children under the age of three. The program includes home visitation services as needed. Family Advocacy Strength-Based Treatment, or FAST, is another voluntary program for couples and families who desire to change destructive patterns of communication. Outreach services are offered through life-skills classes in parenting, relationship enhancement, emotion regulation and resiliency boosting. Treatment services are offered for individuals, couples and families who have experienced maltreatment. Victim advocacy is a program that offers victims of intimate partner violence supportive services 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Walk-in appointments are available for suture removals, throat cultures, wart treatments if previously evaluated by a doctor, and weight checks when ordered by a provider. Walk-in hours for these services are 8:30 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 3:30 p.m.
About us: Active duty sick call is open to Flight Medicine enrolled active duty personnel experiencing acute medical conditions or requiring return to status on a walk-in visit basis. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 7:30 to 8 a.m.; Monday through Friday, 1 to 1:30 p.m.
About us: We see all eligible beneficiaries with or without a referral. Services provided include individual and group nutrition counseling. There are also many events and courses held by the clinic.
About us: We provide all inoculations to active duty personnel, retirees and dependents. Flu shots are administered seasonally to all patients. Allergy services, including testing and shots, are available through a primary care manager referral.

About us: Voluntary active duty outpatient services; appointments can be made through a self-referral by calling the clinic or through a consult from a medical provider. A mental health provider is available every day during business hours for walk-ins. Along with using the referral system, medical providers may request consultations from mental health professionals. Specialty services include: psychology; psychiatry; social work; and neuropsychology.

Active duty personnel can make an appointment in Physical Therapy Clinic without obtaining a referral by calling the appointment line. We provide a wide range of services including: new patient registration; admissions and discharges; assistance with TRICARE claims and questions; and requests for copies of medical records. About us: We provide routine and specialty women’s health care to active duty, dependents and TRICARE Prime enrollees. Available gynecological services include general gynecology problems, annual exams including pelvic exams with and without pap smears, and follow-up, pre- and post-operative surgical evaluations and treatments. Initial appointments for gynecology problems require a consult from the primary care manager. No consult required for birth control or well annual pap smears.
