Ran out of medication? If there are no refills left on your medication, then call the appointment line at DSN 226-6111 or commercial 0176-77-6111. If you are in urgent need of a prescription bridge fill to obtain enough medication to make it to your next provider appointment, then come to the pharmacy directly for assistance.
Just arrived and need a medication transferred? If you need medication refills and still have active refill orders from your previous civilian or base pharmacy, then come to the medical group pharmacy to have your prescription transferred to us (may take up to 1 week). Bring your prescription bottle (or a photo of it) to help us obtain the necessary information about your medication order.
Certain medications cannot be transferred and may require an appointment with your primary care manager or provider.
Pharmacy Clinical Services:
Tobacco Cessation: Thinking about quitting? Come to the pharmacy and speak to a pharmacist during our walk-in clinic hours. The pharmacist will help determine if you are ready to quit and create a treatment plan for you.
Cough and Cold: If you are experiencing cough and/or cold symptoms, proceed to the pharmacy to be assessed by a pharmacist. You will be required to complete a form as well as speak to one of the pharmacists directly. He/she will determine the best medications to prescribe. In certain situations, the pharmacist may determine that you will need to be seen by a doctor. This clinic is open to everyone who meets the eligibility requirements and does not have any of the listed exclusions.
If you have any additional questions or concerns regarding your medication(s) or pharmacy services, then please come to the pharmacy.
