Provides aerospace, primary care, dental and preventive healthcare services to 5,823+ military personnel assigned to the 19 AW (AMC), 189 AW (ANG), 314 AW (AETC), 10 tenant units and 38,635+ non-active duty beneficiaries in central Arkansas.

Partners w/the healthcare support contractor to ensure a full spectrum of care is available. Ensures active duty personnel are medically ready for worldwide deployments. Executes a $17.5M+ O&M budget annually.

The group is comprised of three squadrons:


The 19th Aerospace Medicine Squadron provides aerospace medicine, dental, and optometry clinical services as well as fitness improvement and preventive medicine programs to 5,823 personnel assigned to the 19th Airlift Wing (AMC), 189th Airlift Wing (ANG), 314th Airlift Wing (AETC), 10 tenants and 38,635 non-active duty beneficiaries in central Arkansas. Directs the DoD's High Altitude Airdrop Mission Support Center. Ensures active duty personnel are medically ready for all worldwide deployments. Authorized 146 personnel.

19th Medical Support Squadron medical support & ancillary services to 5,823 personnel assigned to the 19 AW (AMC), 189 AW (ANG), 314 AW (AETC), 10 tenants & 38,635 non-active duty beneficiaries in central Arkansas. Partners with the healthcare support contractor to ensure a full spectrum of medical care is available. Ensures active duty members are medically ready for all worldwide deployments. Manages a $16M O&M budget annually. Authorized 110 personnel.

19th Medical Operations Squadron builds resilient Airmen by providing exceptional primary care, mental health and comprehensive preventive health services to 5,823+ personnel assigned to the 19 AW (AMC), 189 AW (ANG), 314 AW (AETC), 10 tenants and 38,635+ non-active duty beneficiaries in central Arkansas. Partners with the healthcare support contractor to ensure a full spectrum of medical care is always available. Ensures active duty personnel are medically ready for worldwide deployments. Authorized 96 personnel.
