About us: We provide comprehensive services to members who are experiencing problems attributed to substance abuse or misuse. We serve active duty personnel by offering assessment, intervention education, prevention and outreach, and rehabilitative services. We also offer Department of Defense personnel one-time assessments with referral resources if further care is required or requested. Information and referral resources are also offered to dependents and retirees.
About us: We provide the following services: health surveillance; real-time chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear response; safe potable and non-potable water checks; vulnerability assessments, and health risk reduction.

About us: We help build healthier families and creates more resilient and responsive communities. The programs center on prevention and outreach, treatment, victim advocacy, and research. The new parent support program is voluntary for expecting parents and families with children under three years old. This program includes home visitation services as needed. Family Advocacy Strength-Based Treatment is another voluntary program for couples and families who desire to change destructive patterns of communication. Outreach services are offered through life skills classes in parenting, relationship enhancement, emotion regulation, and resiliency boosting. Treatment services are offered for individuals, couples, and families who have experienced maltreatment. Victim advocacy is a program that offers victims of intimate partner violence supportive services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

About us: We provide services to air traffic controllers, instructor pilots, student pilots, and other individuals on flying status. We are responsible for occupational health exams, annual physical exams for individuals on flying status, and pre-employment physicals. We also coordinate retraining packages, separations, and retirements.

About us: We work with squadron level leaders to improve on performance and readiness by providing human performance services and focusing on their respective areas of improvement. We also collaborates with both on and off-base agencies in providing evidence-based information. Health Promotion’s customers include all 47th Flying Training Wing personnel and their family members with the following goals: increase the prevalence of healthy Airmen, increase physical fitness, decrease tobacco use, and improve sleep optimization.
About us: We provide routine and non-routine immunizations to all TRICARE beneficiaries. Flu shots are administered seasonally to all patients. All immunizations are given based on Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines or provider’s order. Pediatric dependents are asked to remain in the waiting area for 20 minutes following administration of immunizations to monitor for potential adverse reaction.

About us: We provide diagnostic support to Family Health, Flight Medicine, and Pediatrics. We also supports network providers within the surrounding area for all TRICARE beneficiaries. Services available within the laboratory include basic chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, serology, and limited microbiology. Any testing outside of the laboratory’s activity menu is referred to one of three military reference labs.
About us: We serve the population through the delivery of behavioral health care services including individual counseling, psychoeducation and psychological assessment testing. Common services received at the clinic are intervention and prevention for mental health issues related to pre-deployment, post-deployment, stress, anger, anxiety, depression, adjustment problems and relationship issues.
About us: We provide preventive eye exams and other optometry services including limited contact lens services for all TRICARE beneficiaries. We are unique in that we are both a primary care type clinic for prescription glasses services and a specialty type clinic for management of ocular disease.
