About Us: Prescription services are available to all beneficiaries, including Medicare patients, with a valid Department of Defense identification card. To keep waiting times for new prescriptions at a minimum, all prescription refills must be ordered through the phone-in refill service or by logging into tricareonline.com. Phone lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All prescriptions require activation through the pharmacy kiosk before they are filled. A paper prescription from an off-base provider can be placed in the prescription drop-box located at the BX pharmacy for next day pickup. Prescriptions will be filled in accordance with Air Force or Defense Health Agency policy. All paper prescriptions should have the patient name, date of birth, sponsor’s last four of social security number, address, phone number, and phone service provider placed on the paper prescription.
