The Medical Group strives to always provide the best patient care possible. As a patient, you are the most important part of your healthcare team. Be sure to ask your healthcare provider any questions you have during your appointment so that you fully understand the treatment plan. If you have questions, concerns, or compliments about the care we are providing, we have a few avenues for you to address them. The first option for addressing any issues is to ask your healthcare provider during your appointment.
You may also utilize the Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE) feedback website at http://ice.disa.mil. After submitting your concern on the ICE website, a Patient Advocate from the team will look into your concerns. You may also call your healthcare team and ask to speak with that team's Patient Advocate. If you still have concerns after speaking with the section Patient Advocate, please ask to speak with the section's NCOIC or Flight Commander.
