The Main Pharmacy processes new prescriptions, civilian hard copy prescriptions, faxed prescriptions, transferred prescriptions and electronic prescriptions.
Refill Pharmacy: Closed weekends, federal holidays, AFDW family days and minimal manning on 11th MDG training days (second Thursday of each month).
The Refill Pharmacy processes refill prescriptions, civilian hard copy drop off prescriptions (two-day turnaround time), and electronic non-formulary drug requests from NCR MTF prescribers.

The 11th MDG has a mandatory refill call in policy. Refills called in BEFORE 12:00 noon, will be ready for pickup on the next business day after 12:00 noon. Refills called in AFTER 12:00 noon, will be ready for pickup on the second business day after 12:00 noon. It is advisable to request refills at least 7 days before running out of medication. Refills may be requested 24 hours a day through the automated refill line or the TRICARE online website.
