In Case of an Emergency: In the event of an emergency, dial 911 or go the nearest emergency room. Patients are asked to contact their Primary Care Manager (PCM) within one duty day to report any care received at an emergency room to ensure proper follow-up. To report, call the Appointment Call Center at 701-747-5601 and choose option No. 1.
