About us: We highly encourage our patients to report issues regarding their health care experience with the Patient Advocate located in the clinic, flight or function where the issue occurred. This provides the personnel directly involved with that sections daily operations to correct the issue or bring it to the attention of someone you can. If you are unable or unwilling to engage the Patient Advocate for that section then please contact the Quality Assurance office at the contact info below. For medical records and/or the release of information, please stop by Room 109 or 111. Please call 509-247-5520 or 509-247-5758.
Patients have the right to make recommendations, ask questions, or file grievances to the military treatment facility Patient Advocate. If concerns are not adequately resolved, patients have the right to contact The Joint Commission at 1-800-994-6610, or by submitting a concern or complaint online.
