Have your doctor send us prescriptions electronically to “DOD FE WARREN AFB EPHARM”. Call us first to ensure we have received the prescription before you come to the pharmacy. You can activate the medication in-person for same day service or over the phone for pick up in three (3) duty days.
All NEW prescriptions (including renewals and electronic prescriptions) can be activated in-person or over the phone. To activate a prescription, use the kiosk system to get a ticket and wait for your number to be called. Non-urgent prescriptions activated in person before 4 p.m. may be ready same day while those turned in after 4 p.m. will be ready the next business day. Prescriptions activated over the phone will be filled within three (3) duty days.
Although we do not stock every drug, our formulary is very robust and is designed to meet the majority of our beneficiaries' prescription needs. Our complete formulary can be accessed below in “Pharmacy Resources”. Prescriptions for non-formulary medications may be presented to the 90 MDG pharmacy for evaluation. This process may involve contacting the provider and changing to a formulary alternative or receiving proper justification from the provider.
Patients may request refills 24-hours a day on the automated refill line at 307-773-2330 or on TRICARE Online. Refills are a three duty day turnaround, please plan accordingly. Refills may be requested up to 3-weeks early on a 90-day supply of medication. Refills will only be allowed three days early on controlled substances. If you have no remaining refills, call the appointment line and ask to speak to a nurse, or make an appointment with your provider if necessary. Please do this at least a week before you run out of medication.
