Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Prior authorization is not required to go to the emergency room to save you or your family member's life, limb or eyesight. We do not provide emergency services at this clinic. Medical emergencies are the sudden and unexpected onset of a medical condition that is threatening to life, limb or eyesight; requires immediate medical treatment; or manifests painful symptoms that require immediate response to alleviate suffering. Call your primary care manager within 24 hours or the next business day after getting emergency care to get authorization and coordinate ongoing care. Non active duty beneficiaries may, at any time, report to authorized network urgent care facilities without prior authorization. For urgent after-hours care, active duty service members must have prior referral authorization and should contact the TRICARE nurse advice line.
