About us: We are a specialty clinic providing occupational medicine services through the application of standardized medical readiness procedures. We provide evaluations for fitness for duty, change of station clearances, and medical evaluations for Airmen who are separating, deploying or returning from deployment.

About us: A program made available to all beneficiaries within the primary care clinics as a part of overall good mental and emotional health care. The purpose of this service is to offer assistance when habits, behaviors, stress, worry, or emotional concerns about physical or other life problems are interfering with someone’s daily life. The clinic is self-referral and appointments can be made by visiting TRICARE Online and selecting the appointment type of “Behavioral Health” in the “Make Appointment” module. Providers in the Behavioral Health clinic can help reduce a variety of symptoms related to chronic conditions as well as offer plans for lifestyle modifications and behavioral problems. The clinic offers classes on a weekly basis. No enrollment is required for these classes. Simply check in at the front desk 10 minutes prior to the appointment time.

About us: We assess plans, coordinate, implement, monitor, advocate, and evaluate the options and services required to meet our patients' unique health care needs. We help coordinate care among members of the health care team. The case manager is a patient advocate working with providers, ancillary health staff, and the family to address areas of concern, to assist the patient and family with informed decision-making, and help patients reach their optimal level of wellness. Seriously ill or wounded patients enrolled here are all eligible for case management. This is particularly important for service members receiving complex and multi-disciplinary care in the community of Tucson, Arizona. Case management services are a benefit offered through your TRICARE program. There is no additional charge and no billing to your insurance for this service. Our facility case managers cover all enrolled beneficiary categories.

About us: We focus on the prevention, diagnosis and conservative care of spine-related disorders and other painful joint issues. We provide care to active duty only and are self-referral. For new patients, use the call center to book an initial consult or book online at TRICARE Online, using the appointments functionality. Search for chiropractic care in that tool followed by the desired date range. Appointments booked through TRICARE Online are for initial consult only and any additional appointments will need to be made through the call center or chiropractic clinic directly. Initial patient appointments require pre-appointment paperwork requiring the patient to arrive 15 minutes early. If patients fail to arrive 15 minutes early, then they will not be accomplish all requirements for the initial consult.

About us: We organize the daily care of patients who require completion of their individual medical readiness requirements. We coordinate with unit deployment managers to ensure that members complete an annual face-to-face preventive health assessment, dental appointment, immunizations, required well examinations, and any occupational health requirements specific to that person’s fitness for duty. Members are booked for a daily 7 a.m. appointment with Public Health and report to Lobby 1 of Building 420 for a briefing and receipt of their checklist for accomplishing the list of that day’s medical appointments. Members will be able to see all of their appointments for that day, with exception of Dental, by logging into their TRICARE Online Patient Portal at TRICARE Online. Members are not to cancel their appointments using this tool and must instead coordinate this cancellation through their unit deployment manager. Members should update their profile in the TRICARE Online Patient Portal application to ensure that they receive the texts and email reminders pertaining to their scheduled appointments.

About us: We treat active duty service members. Routine annual examinations are accomplished by coordinating through the unit deployment manager and Continuous Medical Readiness cell to ensure the member is booked for their medical readiness “day” in advance of their due date. Members and deployment managers may check their status by visiting myIMR (CAC required for access). The clinic provides walk-in services for examination of dental emergencies during business, as well as addresses after hours dental emergencies.

About us: We provide an increased level of clinical nursing support to patients with chronic diseases and co-morbid conditions. We facilitate interventions between these patients and their primary care management team, as well as provide education and prevention activities to through group classes and training platforms. This is a referral clinic based upon recommendation by the primary care manager of enrolled patients.
