About us: We provide Occupational and Environmental Health support for the more than 100 industrial work centers and 4,500 industrial workers on the base. We also monitors the base drinking water system, completes water system and toxic material vulnerability assessments, and performs industrial respirator and gas mask fit testing for base personnel.

For testing not performed in-house, samples are collected and sent to either a military or civilian reference laboratory for testing. Phlebotomy is performed on a walk-in basis. Civilian providers may request laboratory testing by providing their patients with a hand-written order that includes: patient name and date of birth, testing required and ordering provider information, signature and fax number.

About us: We are a limited service tele-radiology site. Our services include routine radiographic, computed tomography, and ultrasound exams. There are no radiologists on staff. All exams that are performed in-house are read via tele-radiology by the radiologists at or at the United States Air Force Academy. Nuclear medicine, fluoroscopy, bone density, and mammography studies are not performed in-house and are referred to the TRICARE network. Radiographic exams are performed on a walk-in basis. Computed tomography (CT) and Ultrasound (US) exams require scheduling in advance.
