There are several ways to receive appoinment reminders. Our Audiocare system automatically calls every patient two days prior to their appoinment and gives an option to cancel which saves no shows. To ensure you receive the call check to see if we have your correct contact information at your next visit or by calling the appoinment line at 456-6555. Also Tricare Online will text and/or email you an appoinment reminder. You can also make an appoinment, check lab and radiology results, and refill prescriptions on the Tricare Online Portal. if you have not signed up give it a try: www.tricareonline.com

Does no showing an appointment affect you? The answer is yes. No Shows greatly impacts access. There were 393 no shows in the month of October. This is over 90 appointments per week that were lost. Once the appointment is no showed we lose the ability to book anyone else in the slot. In pediatrics alone there were 72 no shows, a week's worth of appointments. Imagine how many more patients we could have seen in October. We need your help...PLEASE call and cancel at least two hours prior to your appointment time so that we may be able to free up that slot for another patient. Thank you!
Flu immunizations available for all beneficiaries. Hours are: Monday/Wednesday/Friday 0730-1600 (4PM) and Tuesdays 0730-1500 (3PM). For questions please contact the immunization clinic at 456-6740. If no answer please try again as the technicians may be with patients.
