A Behavioral Health Optimization Program provider is located in the Family Health Clinic and can be appointed directly or through a primary care manager referral. The clinic offers walk-ins for: pregnancy tests; wart removal; blood pressure checks; STD confidence check; suture and staple removal; sore throat swabs; and medication injections.
About us: Our primary goal is to provide comprehensive health care for flight operational and accompanied personnel. Physicians, referred to as “Flight Surgeons,” undergo specialized training to address requirements specific to flyers and Wing’s operational personnel.

Services provided include: nutrition and weight loss; tobacco cessation; stress management; body composition assessment and program; individual counseling; and Squadron and Group Commander briefings and assessments, upon request.
About us: We provide vaccinations for all active duty personnel, dependents, retirees, and authorized Department of Defense civilians. Services provided include: all authorized or required vaccinations; TB skin tests, with no PPD on Wednesday afternoon or on Thursday; and smallpox vaccinations.

About us: We provide in-clinic testing for entitled beneficiaries. Lab accepts test orders from off-base providers with a script. Tests may require special scheduling, diets, collection containers or instructions, therefore, it is advisable to inquire with your provider prior to collection to determine if your test is in this category. Services provided include: hematology; urinalysis; chemistry; and immunology. Note: Lab cannot issue results. Please contact your primary care manager or visit TRICARE Online to obtain.
About us: We offer outpatient services consisting of three elements: Mental Health Clinic; Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment program; and Family Advocacy Program.
About us: Our primary mission is to provide vision and eye health examinations. Services provided include: routine and diabetic eye exams; spectacle ordering and adjustments; military mobility vision equipment; and flying class exams.

Services provided include: patient travel; patient registration; patient eligibility; medical record inquiries; release of information; beneficiary counseling and assistance coordination; billing inquiries; and referral management services.
About us: We provide care for patients ranging from newborn to 17 years of age for a variety of reasons. Services provided include: acute, routine, and well child care; and behavioral and ADD and ADHD care.
About us: Our primary mission is to provide care to all active duty personnel. Referrals are accepted from military treatment facility providers on and off base. Initial appointments are scheduled for physical evaluation and to initiate a plan of care. Services provided include: comprehensive rehabilitation for orthopedic injuries; manual and manipulative therapies; post-surgical rehabilitation; and acute injury initial appointments.

About us: We provide services both in clinic and out of clinic for all enrolled beneficiaries. Services provided include: travel medicine; community health; deployment medicine; medical entomology; food and public facility inspections; and occupational health.
About us: We provide examinations on a walk-in basis to patients with prescriptions from on or off base providers. Services provided include: routine radiological studies; and uploading films and studies to disk for patients PCSing or referrals.
About us: We provide quality routine gynecological and obstetrics care, information about pregnancy and infertility, family planning, and concerns about personal health. Services provided include: annual gynecologic exams; methods of contraception; emergency contraception; birth control counseling; Depo-Provera injections; treatment for vaginal discharge; treatment for sexually transmitted diseases; colposcopy; and OB care through 40 weeks, when routine. Note: Medium to high risk obstetric care is transferred to NH Guam OB clinic
